Services Description

fire-warp provides financial education programs for children and teenagers. Our services include workshops, courses, family sessions, and individual mentoring focused on developing financial literacy and money management skills.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

Enrollment and Fees

Enrollment

Enrollment in our programs is subject to availability. By completing an enrollment form, you are requesting a place in a program. Enrollment is confirmed once we have contacted you to schedule sessions and you have accepted.

Fees and Payment

All fees are stated in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is due before the first session unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.

We accept payment by bank transfer, debit card, or credit card. Payment details will be provided upon enrollment confirmation.

Refunds and Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the first scheduled session will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the first session are non-refundable but may be eligible for program credit at our discretion.

If you must cancel a session within a multi-session program, please notify us as soon as possible. We will provide materials from missed sessions and, where feasible, offer makeup options.

User Responsibilities

Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when enrolling in programs or contacting us. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information.

Appropriate Use

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of our services.

Parental Responsibility

Parents and guardians enrolling children in our programs are responsible for ensuring their child's attendance, appropriate behavior during sessions, and compliance with program requirements.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and course materials, is the property of fire-warp or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from our website or programs without our prior written consent.

Course materials provided to enrolled participants are for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

Limitation of Liability

fire-warp provides educational services designed to build financial literacy skills. However, we do not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or guarantee specific outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, fire-warp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services.

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific program in question.

Safeguarding and Child Protection

We are committed to safeguarding the welfare of all children and young people in our programs. All staff and instructors are DBS checked and trained in safeguarding procedures.

We maintain safeguarding policies in accordance with UK law and best practices. If you have concerns about a child's safety or welfare, please contact us immediately.

During sessions, we maintain appropriate supervision and ensure a safe learning environment. Photography or recording is not permitted without prior written consent.

Code of Conduct

We expect all participants and their families to:

• Treat instructors and other participants with respect
• Arrive on time for scheduled sessions
• Participate actively and appropriately
• Follow instructions and program guidelines
• Not disrupt sessions or other participants' learning

We reserve the right to remove participants from programs for behavior that is disruptive, inappropriate, or violates this code of conduct. In such cases, fees will not be refunded.
